Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) leads the way with business productivity apps but isn’t the only option.

Deep Expertise

Remember Word on Windows 3.1? When you moved an image, the whole page would move around. It took Microsoft a while to resolve that one. Word is now part of Microsoft 365, and instead of Clippy, we have Copilot, AI that’s actually helpful.

AI Copilot

Microsoft have now made Copilot for Microsoft 365 available for general release, however does require paying a monthly subscription fee.

Web vs Desktop Apps

Microsoft has a lower-priced tier for just web-based apps, and their Standard tier for their familiar desktop productivity apps.

Integrations

Want to integrate manufacturing or infrastructure monitoring into a Teams channel? Or have software pick up emails from an inbox? Smart integrations are our specialty.

Other Email/Calendar options

Other options for email & calendar include:

  • Google Workspace (the main other option that includes documents & spreadsheets)

  • Zoho mail (the low-cost option)

  • Hosting your own (less common these days)

  • ProtonMail (high security / end-to-end encryption)

  • Hey (probably the most innovative option)
